He is investigating the possible death of Beaker.

OTHER CHARACTERS
PROFESSOR MILTON D. FRANKENSTEIN
Scientist. Thirty years old. He was a professor at Mega Tech, but was dismissed last year for unorthodox ideas. He uses the deoxyribonucleic acid present in a sample of his blood to clone himself.

CHARLES BEAKER
A student at Mega Tech and Frankenstein's lab assistant. Smoker. He disapproves of cloning his boss. At Frankenstein's instruction Dennis kills Beaker and disposes of his body at the Old Mega-City Garbage Dump.

DENNIS
The first DNA man. An imperfect clone of Frankenstein named by his progenitor. He can sense when the Professor is in danger.


ARRESTS
None.

DEATHS
One. Dennis strangles Beaker.

Beaker shares his name with a Muppet who also worked as a lab assistant in ­The Muppet Show (1976–81), while Frankenstein
shares his with the main character of Frankenstein, Or The Modern Prometheus (1818), by Mary Shelley (1797-1851).
