She has been kidnapped by the fourth Exo-Man after she freed him from his handcuffs. Her kidnapper asks for a million credits in ransom. The CCCC declines to pay. Dredd rescues her and sentences her to six months penal servitude for aiding the escape of a convicted criminal.
