Dredd arrests Doomsday Dogs, confronts Father and attempts to prevent an election.

INFORMATION
Votes are cast not in voting booths, but by citizens pressing the voting buttons on their video panels. In Election '01 the resulting power surge set off a bomb in the Power Tower causing lava to rain down on and crevasses to open up in Mega-City One.

City Hall's computer is called Barney. It is used to count the votes cast in an election.

JUDGE DREDD
He shoots Doomday Dog at Power Tower, confronts Father Earth outside the city limits, attends the election at City Hall and realises that the associated power surge is going to cause an explosion, but fails to prevent the voting.

At least three. At least three Doomsday Dogs are arrested

DEATHS
Possibly hundreds. Dredd shoots a Doomsday Dog in the back and he might not recover and we see several citizens falling into crevasses opened up by the Power Tower explosion.

Bolland's art continues to impress, the script is great and Dredd's involvement in the three supposedly unrelated plot strands is very well haldled as is his moment of realisation regarding the power surge.
