A 531 It is illegal to run on a public walkway. A Judge can request supermarket records for the last twenty years. Overdue library slugs are a misdemeanour. Mack has access to spy-in-the-sky footage. An illegally obtained confession is not admissible evidence. Judicial Indictment Four concerns the illegal use of torture by a Judge and carries a sentence of twenty years penal servitude on Titan. Named Judges: Judge Pizmo Turpin, Judge Voor.

JUDGE DREDD
He and Judge Turpin conduct enquiries at an apartment, the citizens flees the scene and the Judges give chase. Dredd orders a full crime blitz, but it finds very little. He orders spy-in-the-sky surveillance of the citizen, but instead the footage reveals Judge Turpin beating a confession out of him. Dredd fools the citizen into freely admitting that although the confession was illegally obtained it was still accurate and rearrests the individual.

OTHER CHARACTERS
JUDGE PIZMO TURPIN
He assists Dredd in his enquiries. He beats and tortures a confession out of a citizen that results in an arrest and sentence. He is charged under Judicial Indictment Four and is sentenced to twenty years of penal servitude on Titan.

ARRESTS
An unnamed citizen is found guilty of running on a public walkway, but Dredd ignores it due to the individual's cooperation. Judge Turpin beats a confession for running a number racket in '96 and sentences the citizen to three years in an isolation cube. The confession was illegally obtained, but Dredd's second attempt by deceit provided another confession which saw the individual arrested and sentenced again.

REVIEW
This is far better than its reputation would suggest. The artwork is stark and the scripting tight. It's nice to see Dredd's firmness but fairness illustrated again.

The End.
